What’s included in each plan (Basic, Standard, Advanced, Custom)?

All plans include an initial audit, editorial calendar, branded templates, copywriting with hashtags, scheduling, and reporting.

Basic: 8 posts + 4 stories + 1 reel/month, light moderation, essential report.
Standard: 12 posts + 8 stories + 2 reels/month, Google Business Profile (2/month), daily community care, simple A/B tests, extended report + meeting.
Advanced: 16 posts + 12 stories + 4 reels/month, 1–2 ad campaigns (management fee separate), social listening, goals dashboard (traffic/leads/sales), monthly roadmap.
Custom: multi-channel/language/country, on-site production, UGC & influencers, automations, business KPIs and crisis playbooks.

Do you manage all networks (including Google Business Profile)?

Yes. We work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile. We treat GBP as another channel: you can include it in your plan and we’ll post/optimise it (posts, photos, events, Q&A and reviews per plan).

Does this include ad spend?

No. Media spend is separate. Our management fee covers strategy, setup, testing, optimisation and reporting.

What is Instaplus and how does it fit in?

Instaplus is a local-growth add-on with 100% real followers aligned to your buyer persona. Guaranteed net levels per month: +100 / +200 / +300 / +400, requiring +5 / +10 / +15 / +20 hours of additional manual work. It’s added on top of your SMM plan.

Do you guarantee growth with Instaplus?

Yes—through a responsible guarantee: we agree a monthly net target; if it isn’t met, we extend the activity at no extra Instaplus fee or issue a partial credit (ad spend excluded). No bots or prohibited practices.

Do you use bots, mass follow/unfollow or buy followers?

No. We work manually and safely, prioritising quality and genuine affinity with your business.

How do you measure success?

Shared dashboard with reach, engagement, profile visits, leads/sales and—within Instaplus—net followers/month and % of audience by city. Monthly review with learnings and next steps.

What’s the monthly workflow?

Onboarding, style guide, editorial calendar for approval, production/editing, scheduling, moderation and report. Includes one revision round per asset (extra rounds billed).

How long to kick off?

5–10 business days after we receive access and your brief.

Is there a minimum term?

We recommend 6–12 months. With Instaplus, minimum 3 months.

Who owns the content?

You do. For UGC/influencers we handle written rights/permissions. We take care of music, font and image licences.

Will you come to my business to shoot photos and videos?

Yes. On-site production (half or full day) with script, shoot and edit. Included in Custom or available as an add-on in other plans.

Do you handle messages and comments (community)?

Yes, with SLAs by plan: Basic 24–48 h · Standard 12–24 h · Advanced 4–8 h · Custom 1–4 h.

Can I pause or cancel the service?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. During pauses we retain already-produced assets/calendars so we can resume smoothly.

I run a restaurant/hospitality venue — can you reply to reviews and help me get more?

Yes. We support the entire journey with authentic reviews from your own customers: QR and post-visit prompts, reply templates in your tone and compliant incident handling.

Can you manage TripAdvisor or my listings on Uber Eats, Just Eat and others?

Yes. We keep your information up to date and your products aligned across channels (TripAdvisor, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Google, etc.) and we also respond to reviews on those platforms.
